1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By installing, accessing, or using the Dryads mobile application or any related services (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Dryads Outdoors Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a supported device owned or controlled by you.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & USAGE

Use of the App’s full features may require a paid subscription. Plans and limitations are outlined on our website and within the app interface. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Free trials are available only once per device.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and features—including AI algorithms, mapping systems, icons, images, audio recognition models, and data overlays—are the intellectual property of Dryads Outdoors Inc. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

5. USER CONTENT & DATA

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., photos, audio, custom markers), but you grant Dryads a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated data for AI training, research, analytics, and feature improvement.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

• Use the App to generate or share unlawful or offensive content.

• Attempt to bypass subscription limitations or interfere with App security.

• Use the App to create a competing product or service.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Dryads Outdoors Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate any term of this Agreement. You may terminate by deleting the App from your devices.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Dryads disclaims all express or implied warranties, including accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Users must exercise discretion when acting on AI recommendations.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Dryads Outdoors Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, property, or personal injury arising from App use—even if advised of the possibility.

10. WHITE-LABEL USERS

If you are accessing Dryads under a white-label license from an organization, additional terms in that organization's agreement with Dryads apply. All data collected under such usage remains the property of the white-label organization.

11. RELATED POLICIES

This Agreement incorporates by reference the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern your overall use of the Dryads platform and explain your rights and responsibilities in more detail. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of all three documents.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
